Oia Unique Homes By K&K - Oia (Santorini)

We spent our Christmas holidays at a charming property with a breathtaking rooftop terrace. The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning, offering one of the best views of the Caldera that we could ask for. We enjoyed relaxing on our private balcony and witnessing the magical sunset every evening. The location of the property was also convenient, as it was situated right outside the bus station, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful town of Oia. the host and cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The shower in the bathroom was not wall-mounted, requiring us to hold it while showering, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Joanna, the lady in charge, was helpful and friendly. The house design was stylish and modern, and the cleanliness was perfect. The location was great, with a lovely restaurant just outside. The staff at the hotel were attentive and were really good too make my stay comfortable. the hotel facilities were excellent.

The house has a stylish design with cute and comfortable rooms. the location is great, with a lovely restaurant right outside. There is also a private area on the rooftop where you can enjoy the sunset view. the property owner is friendly and proactive, providing helpful assistance throughout the stay.

The shower area and toilet are small and together, leading to wet floors and a wet toilet after every shower.

We had a fantastic time at Oia Unique Homes By K&K. the house was cute and situated in a charming neighborhood with great restaurants and shops. the host, Joanna, was hospitable and gave us helpful tips and even surprise treats for our honeymoon. the rooms were unique and made our stay memorable. the location was perfect, offering a great view of the sunset and a big roof terrace for relaxing.

Felt warm, but no complaints whatsoever.

During our Xmas stay, we appreciated the magnificent views from the balcony and terrace. It was perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets with my family. The property had cozy decor and provided little extras like bath gowns/slippers, tea and coffee, and even a bag of ice in the freezer. The location was key, with easy access to the beaches and a supermarket nearby. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked great.

There were a few disappointments during our stay. the description mentioned two bathrooms, but there was only one.

Absolutely nothing.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing with prime access to the sunset view. The private deck allowed for a jaw-dropping experience with no need to book a fancy restaurant. The house was beautifully decorated with a warm and homely atmosphere, and it was impeccably clean. The comfortable bed provided a restful sleep, and the wifi and smart TV kept us entertained. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The affordable price for such a fantastic property was a pleasant surprise. The mini market nearby was super convenient, especially when traveling with kids. it was a wonderful and memorable stay!

We recently stayed at Unique Homes By K&K in Santorini and it was absolutely fantastic. the location in Oia was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to everything. We loved having our own private balcony where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. the cave-style house was beautifully decorated and had luxurious extras like bath gowns and slippers. the beds were made daily and the property was kept clean. Despite a small issue with only having one toilet, it didn't dampen our overall experience. We also appreciated the option to hire a car and explore the nearby beaches. We highly recommend Unique Homes By K&K. Cons: Nothing 🙌.

We had an incredible stay at the beautiful apartment with the most breathtaking view of the Caldera from our private balcony. The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. The decor was stunning and the apartment was cleaned regularly. The sunset view from the rooftop terrace was simply awe-inspiring. we had a wonderful experience.

For the price we paid, we got very nice value with fine views and a beautifully decorated cave. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, and the staff, especially Joanna, were amazing.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety and options.
